Good Afternoon All,

I would like to take a little time, to point out the outstanding job Tycor Roofing is doing for both Centennial Plaza, and Dunlop and Johnston. The Café roof while not big, was a complicated phase of this job. Tycor, provided in a days’ notice or less, expert, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done, employees. Two areas where they were particularly helpful were, the skylight, and the recent rework of the deck steel and curbs. Tycor came up with a work around for a sky light which was leaking like a sieve every time it rained, it is now functioning properly, and the area below is dry as a bone.

The rework of the deck for the steel was extensive, Tycor’s employees had it cut out and back in place in one day. Mr. Bruce Martin, the owner is easy to get ahold of, and is true to his word, even with a last minute request. Dave, please give this company extra consideration, when they bid with us again. Bruce, thank you for helping to make this job an upcoming success. It has been a pleasure working with you, and your employees, thank you for a job well done.
